PAYMENT takes place via:
- PAYPAL - BANK TRANSFER: To be paid in advance. A Proof of the payment done has to be sent by e-mail to chiara.santero@atimariani.it. To process the order, we must wait for the payment confirmation from our bank.
DELIVERY
SHIPPING of goods is by courier. The prices of the articles are inclusive of VAT. Shipping costs need to be agreed with the supplier who will provide you all the details.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Before signing the courier's delivery note, please check the number and condition of packages. In the event of any discrepancy or anomaly, please make a specific note on the document that the delivery is accepted with reservation, indicating also the reason (eg missing, damaged, open package). Failure to write a specific note will not allow us to authorize any refund requests to the courier. In case the driver will prevent you from making the “reservation” note, please reject the goods.

WHAT TO DO BEFORE SIGNING THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT (in front of the driver)
Check the n. of the packages received: it must be the same as the one stated on the transport document (or courier's delivery note). Check the labels on the packages: they must show the correct address. Check the external condition of the packages: it must not be damaged or tampered with. In case of anomalies, sign the transport document (bulletin or delivery note of the courier) writing a “reservation” note and specifying the type of anomaly found (eg “reservation” note for missing parcels - for package with broken cardboard box). Attention: making a “reservation” note is a right enshrined in the civil code (Article 1698). Remember that general reservations have no longer any legal recognition (such as: you accept the delivery subject to control): therefore making an analysis, as described above, in front of the courier specifying the cause of such note is essential: in the absence of it, the courier is freed from any liability and no claim for damages can be made. IF THE DRIVER DOES NOT ALLOW YOU TO MAKE ANY RESERVATION NOTE, BETTER REJECTING THE GOODS. If he tells you that a generic reservation note is enough or is not needed, it is simply a way to get rid of all its responsibility!
METHOD OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Online sales are equivalent to mail order sales. The right of withdrawal allows the customer to return the ordered product in case he changes his mind about his purchase. Under the current law, the consumer has the right to withdraw from the sales contract for any reason, without any penalty. Therefore, the private customer can exercise the right of withdrawal within 10 days from the goods receipt, if he does not find a product to his liking or not in accordance with the description given in the corresponding product sheet. ATI Mariani srl will, at the customer's choice, refund the value of the product or replace the item with an equivalent product. The following rules apply to the right of withdrawal: - the right applies to all products sold through the website www.atidocce.it - the product must be unbroken, complete with all its parts, packaging included; - all costs of returning the products are borne by the customer. To use the return procedure you must first send an email to: docce@atimariani.it having as object "exercise of the right of withdrawal", quoting: - the order number, - the date of receipt of the goods, - the date and number of the invoice, - the reason for the withdrawal (the information is required for the sole purpose of improving the service). Within 3 working days from sending the e-mail, you must then send a registered letter to: Ati Mariani srl Via E. Mattei, 461 Industrial Zone n.4 Torre del Moro 47522 Cesena (FC) Italy. Upon receipt of the registered letter you will be contacted for the communication of the shipping methods of the goods you wish to return. Within 30 working days from the receipt of the returned products, ATI of Mariani srl will proceed to credit the customer with the amounts corresponding to the value of the products, as resulting from the invoice or sales transaction. The aforementioned amount will not include shipping costs, according to the provisions of art. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree n. 185 of 22/05/1999.
